Everything in the Benefaction shop is sold on reservation. Your purchase secures a work — original painting, fine art print, or book — that is either in progress or fulfilling at a stated date. Your payment funds the creation directly.
Before your order ships
You may cancel and request a full refund at any time before your order is fulfilled. No explanation is needed. Contact us at [email protected] and your refund will be processed promptly — typically within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
After your order arrives
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Fine art prints — We will issue a full refund once the print is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable service.
Original paintings — We will issue a refund minus the cost of materials. Because originals are singular works, we ask that you reach out before returning so we can speak directly.
Books — Returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us. We will make it right.
