What we collect and why
When you place an order : We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details to fulfill your purchase and communicate with you about it. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
When you create an account : If you create an account, we store your name, email, and order history. You can view, edit, or request deletion of this information at any time by contacting us.
When you subscribe to our mailing list : We use Klaviyo to manage email communications. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by Klaviyo and used to send studio updates, new work announcements, and project news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
When you visit the site : Standard browsing data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — is collected automatically by our hosting provider (WPEngine) for security and performance purposes. We do not sell this data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in if you have an account, remember your cart contents, and maintain your session while shopping. These are necessary for the site to function properly. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
